OUR PROMISE TO YOU

 

We know how much you pour into your cause and how important it is to you. That’s why we commit ourselves to adding value to your work, by helping you connect and engage with your supporters. If we don’t do that, we have failed in our mission. That is why we make the following five promises to you.

PROMISE ONE: You'll only received the final invoice once you're totally satisfied with the final edit. Before you view the final draft of the production, you will only ever be asked for a 10% deposit. We'll do all the work, and only invoice you once you are happy with the final draft that we share.

Make It

  • You will love your film, or you won’t be invoiced. If you are not entirely satisfied with the final edit, we simply won't send you the invoice and you will not be charged. We are confident in our ability to deliver and delight. If we fail, that's a problem for us, not for you.

  • There will never be any hidden costs or surprises. You’ll know ahead of time what the cost of production will be, and how long it will take. You'll never be surprised by any additional costs or delays. If there are any unexpected costs, that's our headache, not yours.

  • We care about your story. Our company is about you, not us. We treat your story with the same passion we treat our own. This means our team is totally committed to helping you tell your story in the best way possible.

  • We understand how important this is to you, so we will always be on hand to answer your call. This means you will never be kept waiting for a reply to your email or message. We will always answer your call or call you right back.
